All you need to decide are your requirements and preferences in terms of building size, land size, accomodation and facilities. On receipt of these specifications we can give you an approximate cost and show you available plots suitable for development. After purchase of a plot we will finalise the project plans and estimates.

Naturally, this is best done in person, as you would need to select the site in accordance with your budget and requirements.

Before beginning the project we will sign an agreement (in English and Turkish) guaranteeing the work and standard of materials to be used. The agreement will be witnessed by a notary and you may have an English-speaking solicitor to check your interests. The building can usually be completed during the building season, between 1st November and 15th May, so it could be ready for the summer season. Bigger projects might stretch over two building seasons.

Personal supervision of all aspects of the project ensures that the product is of a very high standard. You may rest assured that when you come to move into the property everything will meet with your satisfaction.
