Buying and selling:
We are able to advise potential property owners or sellers in Kas and Kalkan
about all the implications of purchasing and owning, or selling property,
and will steer the process right through from viewing the property to obtaining
the legal title deeds (Tapu).
We are also able to undertake searches on behalf of our clients for property for investment or to build on, such as large and small plots, rural and coastal plots, in the general local area. This may be in the villages or towns around the Kas or Kalkan area, but not restricted to these areas. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
Property Management:
For a nominal annual fee, we will take care of your property in the months
while you are not staying at your property. This includes payment of all
utility bills and council taxes, and regular visits to the property to
ensure that any issues are promptly dealt with. Decoration and modifications
to your property can be arranged to suit your requirements.
Construction
We can undertake to build your house on your land in the Kas or Kalkan district
according to your requirements. We do not however, provide financing for such
projects.
By virtue of a sound knowledge of the area and legal processes, we can reduce
the trauma of buying property in a foreign country, and help you to own and
enjoy your own place in our sun!
